School Year Programs
Peninsula Forest and Beach School offers 100% outdoor Nature School during the School Year for toddler and preschool age children. During the School Year we also offer an Afterschool Nature Program for Kindergarten and School Age Kids on specific days. Nature is our Teacher as we learn and play together. Summer Camps
Peninsula Forest and Beach School offers Summer Camps during the months of June, July and August. We offer camps for both younger kids (ages 3 to 5) and older kids (ages 6-8). Half Day and Full Day options available. Please visit the Locations page to see full list of Summer Camp locations.
Private Pods/Private Camps
Peninsula Forest and Beach School offers Private Nature Pods and Private Camps to groups who are looking to create their own private nature experience.
The Private Pod option is completely customizable. You get to choose the # of days, the hours and the location. Once you have a group of families who would like to create a private pod, we can start working on the details to get you set up.
We recommend group sizes of 4 -12 children. Our teacher ratio for private pods is 1:4. We have worked with groups with children as young as 2.5 years old, but usually start at age 3+. In general, we prefer to have at least 2 teachers for young children.

Nature Birthday Parties
Peninsula Forest and Beach School now offers Nature Birthday Parties. We are excited to bring the activities we do in our Forest School Classes to your birthday party.
Our Nature Mentor(s) will organize activities for your group of kids for 2 hours during your child’s birthday party! We do the planning for you so you don’t have to worry about how to keep the kids entertained.
Nature Birthday Party activities include age-appropriate games, a welcoming circle, story time, guided nature exploring activities, scavenger hunt, art projects, and face painting.
We recently celebrated Luca's 6 years old birthday with a nature-themed party with Peninsula Forest and Beach School, and it was an incredible experience! The kids engaged in a variety of outdoor activities, including climbing, playing in the creek, and learning about nature. Teacher Jean and her assistants guided the children through a fun and insightful adventure. The kids had an absolute blast and couldn't stop talking about how great the party was. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique and memorable birthday celebration for their kids!
Birthday Package
Our Nature Birthday Party Package includes up to 10 kids for a maximum of 2 hours.
up to 10 children - $300
11-20 children - $550
21-30 children - $750
Want us to stay longer than 2 hours? We can add additional time at $150/hour.
Nature Birthday Parties are customizable. That means you get to choose the date, time, location, and the # of children in attendance. We will co-design a plan with you for your birthday party and coordinate to make sure you have a wonderful and smooth day celebrating your child’s birthday.
We can make recommendations for park locations for your Nature Birthday Party. Any reservation fee required for the location (such as reserving picnic tables), is your responsibility including reserving and paying for those reservations.
